It is with great sadness that we inform you of the passing on July 20th of our long-time congregation member Nikolajs Upāns. The memorial service for is scheduled for Friday, August 5th at 4 pm in the the Seattle Latvian Lutheran Church. In lieu of flowers, the family wishes that donations be made to the University of Washington, Baltic Studies Program.

A memorial service is scheduled for Saturday, June 11th at 1 pm in the the Seattle Latvian Lutheran Church, followed by burial at the Washalli cemetary and post-burial meal back at the center. In lieu of flowers, the family wishes that donations be made to either the Seattle Latvian Center or the Seattle Latvian Church.

A memorial service is scheduled for Saturday, June 25th at 2 pm in the the Seattle Latvian Lutheran Church. All are welcome to join the Janševics family in their remembrance of Miervaldis. In lieu of flowers, the family wishes that donations be made to either the West Coast Latvian Education Center or the Seattle Latvian Church.
